Education/Training/Qulaification + Police Certificate

Hi,

I have just reliazed that on the checklist it says Education/Training/Qulaification in CANADA..
I have already translated all my diploma's from my country as I didn't realize it said in CANADA. ;-(

1.Please someone confirm that if your are applying under CEC Foreign Worker you do not have to include your translation of your diplomas from your country of origin!!

2. If it helps to prove that I have been working under certain NOC as I have the requested education, can i still submit then along with my application?

3. Please someone confirm if I have to submit police certificate from Canada

CIC instructions only say:

If you and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens have to provide:

a valid police certificate, or
police clearance, or
record of no information.
These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
