Can we just pass our Highest Degree, suppose I did Masters, so can I skip my Bachelors and Intermediate Educational Evaluation from WES?

If you are sending to IQAS then only Masters degree can be sent however if you are sending to WES, then both Bachelors and Masters need to be sent.

No such requirement for WES. It is better to send both the degrees for evaluation, as it costs the same. My friend sent only his Masters and got his evaluation. I sent both and got my evaluation too. In both cases, the equivalency was Masters.

You are wrong. If you request transcripts from WES, they ask for both Bachelors and Masters. You can read on their website.

I am saying that my friend has his evaluation. You are saying it is wrong. No where in the documents requirements, WES puts up such demands. Please provide a link where they mention the same. I tried to find it, but there is none. So, if you can provide one I might advice future applicants accordingly.

"For all applicants submitting a Master’s Degree or PGDip earned on top of a three-year Bachelor’s Degree (12+3+2), you must also provide your Bachelor’s degree documents. WES cannot complete an evaluation without these documents."

Is it for 3 year Bachelor degree or higher? or for only the 3 year Bachelor degree? I am still confused as my friend with a 4 year Bachelor degree got his assessment only with the masters transcript. May be his was an exception then?

When you select country of education as 'India', it asks for Bachelor's transcripts in case of a 12+3+2 degree/diploma. IMO, if you just send the Master's degree/diploma, there's no way to prove the duration of your Bachelor's degree (3 or 4 years). Hence, you need to send both the set of transcripts and degrees if you want to evaluate Master's from WES.

But I've seen in this forum people who had their Master's from US or UK, got it evaluated directly as Masters equivalent without submitting the Bachelor's transcripts. Maybe your friend did his Master's from one of those countries?

That makes absolute sense. Both me and my friend did our Masters in Singapore. I checked there and for us Masters transcript is enough. Thanks for the clarification.
