Education question for certificate of third year completion

I required to my mom to get a certificate from Asia. This is because I really have no time to go back to Asia.

She said that certificate of third year completion instead of bachelor degree.

In this case, which education level am I belong to?

You'll need to get it evaluated to know for certain. It's possible it could be classified as something less than a bachelor's degree (e.g. diploma). It's also possible they may classify it as an incomplete degree.

ok. I will ask her to require WES and university should work properly for WES. I head that some schools dont coopearate with WES which need to submit the transcript and certificate with application in directly.
