Hello, fellow seniors!

I am currently finishing my post-ITA application and I am not sure whether or not include also diploma supplements.

Is ECA evaluation and certified translated transcript of both degrees enough? Or have you been also addding diploma supplements (sheets with grades, thesis, credits, etc)?

Please, let me know, it would reduce the size of file by half at least.

Yours,

Jan

I included supplements too. It says on CIC you need to provide: Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) and the ECA reference number in their application, along with proof of the foreign educational credentials for which points are being claimed.

Diploma and supplements are basis for that claim so you should put them.

If you cant compress files anymore maybe you can put them in LOE. I did put some salary payslips in LOE because they couldn fit anywhere.

Hello, yes, I believe it's the best way too, but the readability is on the edge, so now I am facing a dilemma :-)

As I am providing both diplomas, it has 23 pages :/ I will probably leave it this way and put a note in LOE.

You probably have enough informations in a Dilploma if it has so many pages. Mine is one paper only. Then maybe Supplement is not needed but if yu can sqeeze it in LOE, go for it just in case.

I have managed to use other type of compression and it seems better now with supplements too. ;) Thanks a lot.

My cousin wants to fill up his EE profile but doesn't have a valid ECA number (he has applied for ECA and it's still in process). Can he just write a random ECA number at this point and then change it once he receive the original? If he receive ITA can he still change ECA number at that point. Scores will not differ in both cases.

Not allowed. You need to have a valid ECA number before getting an ITA and creating a profile.

Hi. Indeed a good thread.
I have a question regarding my credentials assessed. I have my education credentials assessed from WES and it says 2 year Diploma & 4 Years Bachlors degree. I have done 2 Years (BA) Bachelors Degree privately and attended an institution for MBA (2 Years). According to WES ECA it means i have completed 16 year education.
Today i consulted a very well reputed immigration consultant in my area an upon inquiring he says though WES have evaluated you a 4 year bachelor degree but if an ITA is issued to you there are chances that your 2 year BA which you have done privately might not be counted and application might be refused because of a 14 year education (as your CRS score will fall below).
Please guide if my education is 16 year or 14 year.

Thank you.
