I would appriciate if some one help in replying the following;

1. My profession is internal audit, education 16 years MBA-Finance, plus I have certification done in Internal Audit from IIA-USA, will I be given 22 points or 25 points due to certification? will the visa officer will consider additional points for certification or not?

1. 20 points only, for 25 points your require a Master's degree and 17 years of education, so it will be counted as Bachelor degree. The certification is not recognized by Immigration for educational points.

I have done Bsc mathematics 2 years and 2 years of MBA finance. how much marks, I shall get? Also, In my transcript of MBA, I had transferred 10 courses and complete balance at main campus in 2 years. My question is how they will treat transferred courses, Shall MBA will be considered 3 years?

You'll have to get your education officially evaluated to see how many marks you will get. It's possible you will only receive credit for a Bachelor since Bachelor degrees are typically 4 years in Canada. Again, you will have to have your education evaluated to find out.
