Education points about Two degrees M.A English and LLB

One of senior is applying for immigration in the category of Human Resources Manager (0112). He did his Masters in English and started job in Human Resources. After that he did his LLB to understand labour law issues and Industrial relations matter of employees. Kindly guide that with two degrees , how much he will be able to get his points in Education factor
