As per OP6 both the Case 3 and 4 will get 20 points,

A university educational credential of two years or more at the bachelor's level,
and at least 14 years of completed full-time or full-time equivalent studies:20 points

so bachelors of two or more years-no matter3,4,5,6 yrs or any thing more and Total time of education at least 14 years, so no difference for either15,16,17 or more years:- all will get 20 for one university degree.

simple rule ,bacelor=20 master=25 and PhD =25,then u will never confuse and moreover always calculate 2-4 points above passing 67 ,so that if marked less in one criteria can b overcome by other....

I think, you are right......
According to me, point doesn't matter, you have to prove, you will be economically stable in canada they you may get visa.

I suggest score well in IELTS and apply with about 70 points...
You should not apply with 67 of border limit.

Strange?? But as I know they give 20 points for BA and 22 for BEd. Moreover 22 as per OP06 also!!!!

If they don't give 22 points for BEd then what is meaning of
" If a bachelor's credential is a prerequisite to the credential, but the credential itself is still considered a first-level degree, then 22 points would be appropriate".

In India BEd is entirely a different and independent bachelor level degree, after Ba/BSc ( bachelor degrees) people appear in state level entrance exams and then get admission in BEd!!!!! So this is just like PG degree(UG prerequisite) though still considered as First level university degree therefore may be subjected to get 22 point as per local Indian education system.

PMM Kindly clarify, thanks in advance.

Yes, correct! BEd should be 22 points, as its a specialization and not just a general bachelors degree like B.Com/BA/BS.

A two-year university degree at the Bachelor's level AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 20 points

your saying i'm will get 20 points..I read this statment wrong probably..i thought it was 14 years of full time school and then 2 years of university degree making it total of 16 years.. this is the reason i was confused and asked your expert opinion.

Can you also suggest how much my spouse will get in education..She has 12 years of school and e-commerce certificate of 4 months...??
