I have a question regarding Express Entry application, education section in particular. Back to home, I was doing dual degree diploma with local university and London School of Economics (UK). I got 2 separate degrees (BSc in Econ and BSc in Finance). However, to get the one from UK, I was doing off-campus external education. Namely, teachers from UK came to my local school, provided lectures and then required me and other students to pass exams.
I wondering, whether I can qualify for "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be from program of three or more years". And if so, should I add a letter of explanation on how did I get degree from school located in UK without physically being in UK.
