Hi

Please see the Note given in CIC site, Engineering degree is not mentioned in the list. Does it mean Engineers are not eligible to apply?

Education Maximum 25 points
University degree at the Doctoral (PhD) level or equalFootnote 2 25 points
University degree at the Master’s level or equalFootnote 2 OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equalFootnote 2). Occupation related to the degree must be: NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and licensed by a provincial regulatory body.
Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.

Of course engineers are eligible to apply.

However you won't get 25 points for having a bachelor degree engineering.

This note is worded in a way that is very confusing. The note in the CRS grid makes more sense:
"Master's degree, OR professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession (For “professional degree,” the degree program must have been in: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, optometry, law, chiropractic medicine, or pharmacy.)"

So yes, as scylla said, engineers are eligible.

Thanks for your feedback, what is the benefit of eligibility if I cant get marks for my education? In this case, I wont be able to get 67 pass marks.

Without my education marks (23 marks), I am unable to score 67 marks. In this case I am not eligible. Is it true?

You do get marks for your education ! 23 points for a Master's degree.

In your original post, it mentions 25 points (which is for a PhD), and you don't mention what level of degree you have (although it's implied that you have a Master's); scylla was saying that if you only have a Bachelor's, you wouldn't get 25 points (you'd get 21 points).
