Education credential what to select ??

Confused about what to select in the drop down while creating the profile.

So i have 3year bachelors degree which is evaluated through wes and then i have 1 year post grad certificate course from ontario. What should i select?

Option A: one year certificate course
Option B : two or more certificates degreees etc
