Education Credential Assessment

Hey all
I would like to know more about education assessment to get study visa to canada, as currently i finished my high school this year in Indonesia. I want to ask does WES judge our marks in school to get education assessment ? Or they just convert the education system between two countries.
I hope anyone here can help me to answer...

WES is needed for immigration such as express entry, but if University is asking for it then you have to do it to apply to that Uni. WES provides different types of reports you can order some includes marks assessment and some only say the equivalent qualification see https://www.wes.org/ca/about-wes-credential-evaluation/
