Hi,

I am facing a little overlapping situation with my college education and initial work experience.

I studied engineering and happen to join in a company as an intern before completing the college (Last semester).

1. Date of Degree Completion - Apr 2 , 2011
2. Date of Joining the Company - February 3, 2011
3. Date in appointment Letter - May 1, 2011
4. Date in Reference Letter and Experience Letter - Feb 3, 2011

Please advice me on how to handle this in history section. Will it cause any problem since it is overlapping?. I carried out normal duties as an intern.

Thanks in advance!

You should be fine. I have a profile under EE and have applied for AINP and OINP with my full-time paid internship work experience which I gained before finishing my bachelors degree. In EE it asked me if I was taking full-time courses during my internship which I didn't but was still considered a full-time student from the University's point of view so I said no. I also have another 4 months of full-time paid work experience during my graduate studies and that is also in my EE profile. So far nobody (EE, OINP, AINP) have complained about it and I am in my final stages of my AINP application process. I will try to remember to post here if I ever get into trouble for it in the future ;D

Ok so I got a rejection letter from AINP. My application got rejected because I am currently doing my grad studies full-time. They want people who are working full-time.
