Education and work experince

Hi,

I have work experience of 12years. However, due to personal circumstances, i could not complete my graduation earlier. I have completed my B.com is 2015. My questions - is it ok that I have completed my graduation in 2015 and i show my work experience from 2002 till now.ed My work experience still be count? I am working as a business operations manager for past 6 years.

If the job NOC code requires to have a degree then you can only use experience gained after graduation.
