When i start filling up the Education and History i have come across follwing problems:

Q10. Education

1. Shall i start from Matriculation or from 11th class?

2. I don't exactly remember the starting date of intermediate and BSc. however ending date I can see on marks sheet what do i do now? shall i fill the starting date with any imagination?

3. I have done 2 years diploma in computer science and other computer courses should i mention in Education or in History or in both.

Q11. Personal History

1. During my job I have performed Umra and visited dubai for a 4 days should i mention it as well? or just skip.

Start from Secondary , Metric.

Yes, in this case, don't you have your admission forms etc? if nothing works, then write that. I can't think any other option.

Yes, in Both.

Don't SKIP any single thing. Write even if you was sitting on beach and watching Birds :))). Try to be honest as much possible. Good luck.

Now I have more than 5 entries in both education and personal history, although i have created extra sheet as per instrucions, but what should I write on main form?

Either

Just refer to attachment and fill all the entries into attachment.

or

Fill the frist coloumn and and on the last coloumn type "See attached sheet".

If both are wrong then plz let me know which is the correct way to mentioned all the details.

Just put an * where the details are penned onto a separate sheet and write `please refer to annexure 1/2/ or 3 etc. This is how you may attach as many sheets as you desire and give annexure numbers accordingly.
