Education and experience different

Hi,

I wish to know whether I am eligible to apply for Quebec skilled immigration under following situation:
I have done bachelor's of computer application-3 years degree program and
I have experience in printing and photography for over 15 years.

Should I get ITA I under this situation.?

Education and experience do not need to be linked unless it's a regulated profession. This will not stop you getting an ITA.
