I submitted my eDO application but there was a delay in sending my fingerprints, now received communication as follows:
"To avoid delay in processing your request, please resubmit the above requested information to the address provided below or by fax at (304) 625-9792. Please DO NOT submit both."
Has anyone sent their fingerprints via fax instead of mailing it? Not sure about the quality of fingerprints via fax so a bit concerned as I can only do one or the other.
