Editing express entry profile after ITA

Hi

My CRS score without including my spouse WES Evaluation and IELTS score is 434. My spouse is yet to appear for her IELTS in JULY. Can I create an Express entry profile and submit it. After I accept the ITA can I include my wife's WES evaluation and IELTS score?

You can but it is pointless to include her IETLS and WES after receiving the ITA.

You mean the CRS is not re-calculated post ITA right? Irrespective of what changes happen in your personal life after that?

That is not what I mean at all, CRS is recalculated but in OP's situation his score would only get higher which is irrelevant as he's been invited with his current score.
