Please is it possible to change my NOC. I have an ITA. I just realised that my NOC doesn't have to be based on my experience. I have experience in 2 NOC but have more proof for one of them. Should I delete my profile and re enter the pool or can I just edit it? Hope my application won't be cancelled?

I suggest you to contact the CIC and check that. But i assume, it may go with creation of new profile.
