If you read through the existing threads, you'll know what to expect when it comes to PR card. Seeing that you are over a month now in waiting, fax the "missed PR card" form to IRCC and request a new one. You can wait another 10-15 days. This has been documented and advised countless times on the forum (search the forum to find these threads and the info on the next steps).
