Anyone waiting on card who got ecopr in September

for my mother's PGP application, she got eCOPR on Aug 6 but still has not received the PR card, the status on PR portal shows address accepted by IRCC but for the photo it still shows in review with IRCC. i read on forums and talked to other ppl and it seems for the photo it usually stays in review with IRCC status but PR card does get mailed out, the delay could be due to canada post strike etc. i raised a webform as well but got standard reply that they are working on it

Address Approved Today Oct 30th, got a Ghost update on the linked IRCC account.

Address Approved Today Oct 30th, got a Ghost update on the linked IRCC account.

Got and updated on my linked account, that the card was mailed on 11/3. How long is taking to arrive after that?

Photo and Address status in PR portal. i have linked the PR card application in the GC key account but no updates there yet.

others can chime in here, but for my mom's PGP app she did not receive any email or notification on the GC key account etc. but i guess dont go by that as it could be different experience for others.
