Got the PR card in the mail yesterday, July 11th.
eCOPR: May 29th, 2025
Overall status as well as address and photo in the PR Portal still indicates "In review with IRCC" lol

Hi everybody! I got my eCOPR on August 18, 2025. Today is Oct 18, 2025 and I haven't received my PR card yet. Is it normal?
If it's not normal, should I fill out IMM5451 form and send it to PR card processing centre? Fyi, IMM451 is Solemn declaration concerning a lost, stolen, destroyed or never received Permanent Resident Card (PR Card)

For some reason, I had a second GU1 on my GCKey account. Never heard of this before.

My card was finally mailed today.
