I just wonder if anyone has the same problem as me.
My wife and my two daughters received ECOPR on July 20, 2020, but I, the principal applicant did not receive it yet.
but on IRCC GC key account (not PR portal), I can see my ECOPR document number. I guess it means my ECOPR was issued already.
Is there anybody experiencing the same issue and knowing why this is happening?
