Ecopr Not Received (Calgary office)

Hi Guys, I just wanted to know that how much time it takes to receive Ecopr . I am waiting from 10 days. What should I do ?

When did you receive client portal email and after how many days from that, have you received your credentials for client portal ?

I received client portal 2 weeks and credentials received next day and I submitted my photo and declaration but didn’t receive receive ecopr till . Wat about u
