i'm an economic graduate but somehow i've been working at karaoke bar for more than a year now..
my duties at work match over 80~90% to assistant manager / manager duties and while my manger was
away to get married, i took over his shift and duties. so my question is am i eligible to apply for cec as 0631
even though my major has nothing to do with food / beverage handling?
and how much does your annual salary has to be? and what if your store doesn't have lmo?

yes you can if you can show them that you worked fr some time before becoming
manager. Salary doesnot matter as long as its above minimum wage
Good luck

Under CEC , your Job doesn't have to be similar to your area of studies. AND Salary also doesn't play a big role under CEC. LMO is not a requirement under CEC. You should be eligible if you meet all other criteria. GOOD LUCK

Just make sure you show some work done as an assistant manager before becoming a full time manager.

You graduate with a degree in Economy and then a Full time manager at a karaoke bar - they might keep you in the loop for some time for that.

Look at this case. This might help you get some idea that how things might go wrong. It is kind of similar case as yours i.e. Job not related to study. They don't have to be related when you apply under CEC. But they related it in above case.
