If you can't log in to ecas -- did you request a name change? If so, try using your new name.
If you are redirected to the address change form -- make sure to use the right URL (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas) to access ecas. Some people who had this problem found that just entering their address (unchanged) again permitted them to access their information once again.
If something else happens then let us know what error you encounter and maybe someone who has encountered that same problem has more suggestions. Depending on what happened you may need to call IRCC to find out what's going on.
Thanks for your reply. The only thing I did was i changed my address and after that I haven't been able to access my ecase. But I have been using the right URL.
