AOR: Aug 01, 2012
PPR: Aug 25, 2012
Sent & Recvd NDVO: Sept 12, 2012

I am the sponsor who recently moved to a new address in the same town in Canada.
Ecas yesterday changed and updated my new address after 40 days, at the same time my wife's address of India also changed to mine home & mailing. But my wife's status has not changed and yet still showing application received....

Have they made the decision or not...... anyone else can share similiar experience please share your thoughts...

Many thanks,

The process to change your address is different from any sort of approval.
If you haven't received a letter saying that a decision has been made, it has not.

Im not sure how india works.

But the mexico visa office, will update the applicants address to match the canadian address when they are ready to issue the visa

But also the status is changed to in process at this time aswell.

So im not sure, but u can only hope its a good sign

They may have changed your address because you updated it. If you are your spouse's representative.. You address will be there for them too. Although some VO don't change statuses at all so wait to see if you get a letter or email and if so, that will let you know that your files has been processed.

If you don't get these things within a few days, then it was just a address update?

In procEss is a good sign.. They have not made a decision yet so you may not see the address change to canada address until then. But have faith it won't be long now.. In process means it's being worked on.
