I received a notification through the ecas.carroll system that they removed some information regarding our update. They removed the line that they received my husband's medical, which is super worrying since we sent it to them in August 2010. Has this happened to anyone before? And if so, what does it mean? Thanks so much in advance.
The exact message is as follows:
Hello,
This is the e-CAS Tracker system at https://ecas.carroll.org.uk
It looks like there may have been a change to your e-CAS. However, it is
not not entirely clear. The number of lines of information showing seems to
have decreased, and that doesn't usually happen!
Possibly CIC has made a correction to your file, rather than an actual
update. We're not sure, and you should check e-CAS yourself.
Previously there were 3 lines of information showing.
Now there are 2 lines of information showing.
The most recent line in your e-CAS says:
"We started processing XXXXX application on January
21, 2011."

Please note, we only just added the capability to the tracker to track
when this particular change happens on 6th February 2011. It is possible
the number of lines on your e-CAS may have decreased some time ago.
