ECAS Status "Decision Made" for adult while minor still shows "In Progress"

Hi all, my wife and kid applied for citizenship together. This morning i see status of ECAS as decision made for my wife but kid still shows in progress. Is this normal? Anything we need to do and will we still get oath invite together for both?

Please note tracker shows no changes except Dec16 ghost update. How much time does tracker take to update?

Yes it's normal. Don't worry about the tracker. Sometimes they forget to update it .
 
Happened to.me, completely normal.
 
Hi, Same here. me and my wife ecas status is changed to decision made today, but for kids its still showing as In progress. Also no changes in CIC tracker for a while. Not sure where can i expect the update in CIC tracker.

Kids application is marked complete once Oath for Adults is done, certificates mailed and their file is marked closed...
