I mean will it hurt your application, if you check your status update every week

I mean will it hurt your application, if you check your status update every week

You can check it every 15 minutes if you want, it makes no difference to your application processing time.

Sending in mail or email may hurt your application because someone has to respond to that mail or email or even take out time to throw it away. Therefore, this is discouraged.

Whereas checking your status online, doesn't slow them down so you can even check it as much as you want. Thats what i think anyway.
