Ecas status changed to Decision Made....plz help me understand what it means

hello friends,

I had recently received an email from CHC New Delhi asking for my passport and 2 photographs, after which I submitted the requested documents the next day. Up to that point my ecas status was in process and after submitting the passport it changed to decision made. now I am not sure exactly what that means. can u guys please tell me if this a positive or a negative sign? ur help will be much appreciated.....

Passport requested on 26th feb 2015
Passport submitted on 27th February 2015
ecas status changed to decision made on 2nd March 2015

thanks for the reply...I was just bit worried that the status changed within a day after submitting my passport, but anyways hope what ur saying is true....any idea how long does it take to get back the passport from New Delhi?

We had Decision Made even before we sent the passport. So dont worry, its always depending on the VO whos working on your file. Cant say how much time it could takes to send it back. Me from Kingston Jamaica, it tooks 1 week.
