ECAS shows DECISION MADE ( No PPR request yet)

today i checked my application status. it says application received on FEB, 2012. Medicals recieved.
The status has changed from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE but i haven't got any PPR yet. Is this a visa approval?????

I send my medical in 25th March and I have DM status since 16th April 2013 but still waiting for PP back .
By the way , I dont have medical received line in my Ecas and no change in my ECAS address ?
What about yours , has your address changed in ECAS after DM ?

No address wasn't changed my dear??? Today I saw the status it was DM. Till yesterday it was in process. I don't kw what these guys are upto.

I have the opposite problem. I applied on February 25, 2013, and on September 3rd I got PPR. That was 31 days ago. However, my ecas status has never changed to DM or even In Process. I emailed CIC about a week ago to confirm that they had received my scanned passport copy (Visa exempt, so no need to send physical passport). Still no response. I had assumed they got the passport though because I had sent a change of address as well, and my ecas showed the change a week later. However, ecas shows no change in my status. Wish they'd at least change my status to "In Limbo".

Meanwhile, a lot of others who applied at the same time I did are already getting their DM's and/or COPR's. I don't have a complicated case either. All documents were sent with the app, and they have made no other document requests and they told me in the PPR email that they didn't expect to need anything else or even an interview. So the wait goes on.
