Ecas not getting changed to in process??

It’s been almost 3 months since I submitted my police clearance. But my ecas still shows this:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence on March 15, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I see here many people shows in process but mine is like this. Is it normal?

Your sponsorship application has 2 parts.....1) Sponsor application to Sponsor PA.........2) PA application for PR.

You must have received AOR......use the Sponsor Application Number and then the PA Application Number to check the Status.
