I wasn't able to get on ECAS for almost two weeks. When I was able to get back on yesterday, my mailing address changed back to the old one (that I changed on January 5), and the new address which was the residence address has disappeared.

Anyone else notice this with their status? I don't know if I should try to change it back or should I leave it for a while? I've heard that the address field does funny things when they are working on your file, and don't want to mess anything up.

Two weeks from today will be 120 days since AOR ??? Guess I am supposed to contact them if I don't hear anything before then.

I too could not login for 2 weeks but now I can. My new address is still there. You can always let CIC know if your new address hasn't been updated due to whatever reason.

Does your AOR state that you need to contact CIC after 120 days of receiving AOR ? Was it sent by CPP-O ?

Was your AOR sent by CIO Sydney ? My AOR doesn't say that.
Can you paste the content where it is mentioned ?

No, it was sent by CPP-O on November 6 (took 5 months), we were the last group to get from there before they switched to Sydney mid-June.

Hmm..my AOR also does not state that....looks like there are different versions of AOR issued. My Ecas is back too...after 2 weeks...no change in the status. The only change is that the law firms address which was added as the mailing address after I applied for WP extension has now disappeared and my home address is shown as the mailing address. This maybe because I have received my renewed WPs and I have applied for CEC on my own.

Thanks ! Surprisingly, the processing time section is missing in my AOR. Nevertheless, I shall contact them after 120 days

I was not able to check my E-CAS status for two week until last night. I noticed that my mailing address was changed to my previous address and there was no other new updates. I am also wondering as what it actually means. I am hoping to get my passport request soon. My application was received by the the Buffalo on 31st Jan 2011

All CEC applications are considered "outland". In that case, you must inform your visa office of your change of address - eCAS will only show the information that the visa office has... the visa office does not "upload" info from eCAS for outland applications...

The wait is killing all of us especially the early June applicants

My 120 days got over on Feb 23. Don't know whether it is strongly advised to contact CIC ? ???

Seniors/Experts,

I completed 120 days from the date of my AOR but my AOR does not instruct me to contact CIC directly after 120 days. Should I still go ahead and contact them ?
