My IELTS score is (L 6) (R 6) (W 6.5) (S 7.0) overall 6.5
Can i get PNP with this IELTS score?

Did you check World Education Services (WES) Canada, if they provide ECA for your education?

You should increase your IELTS score to L 8 and RWS 7,7,7. Then you will get ITA easily.
