CIC made a mistake on my name on Ecas and I sent them case specific enquiry.. They replied me via email that they got my inquiry and they have corrected it but my Ecas still says thesame wrong name and it's been over 4weeks now.. What should I do at this point?

Only way to know, order GCMS notes. Your sponsor will have to do this. There are instructions in how to do this posted by many others. Just go to the "search" box and search for GCMS.

I had the same thing for my wife. Sent in a case specific and now waiting for GCMS notes to confirm change.
