ECAS email/mail

hello everyone,
Outland Aug 13th here.
AOR 4th October.

I just checked on my ECAS and it says they sent me mail and Med Request on 5/10. It clearly says MAIL not EMAIL.

Now, because I have a lawyer I cannot check onto CGKEY and I’d like to know if is normal for them to send LETTERS and not emails as my lawyer received AOR via EMAIL ?!
And if it does come via mail, would it go to our lawyer ?
Also on Sponsor it says Decision Made.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Your lawyer will definitely get email from CIC for your medical instructions. Just wait for him to contact you maybe by Monday.

This is exactly what it says if I click on ‘in process’

1. We received xxxxxxx's application for permanent residence on August 13, 2018.
2. We sent Xxxxxxx a letter on October 4, 2018. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
3. We sent Xxxxxx medical instructions on October 5, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

On Sponsor it says Decision Made, so the ‘letter’ they sent on 4/10 to me, could it be Sponsor Approval ?

Just confused on why they’d sent a letter, when AOR was received by email to my lawyer.
And yes I will wait till tomorrow as it is possible they sent Med Request after office hours local time. Samw happened with AOR, lawyer saw the email on 4/10 at 8am (uk time), but they sent it on 3/10 when it was 9pm uk time.

Hi, i have a lawyer too, they will send the medical request to the lawyer through email. Sponsor is decision made is mostly approved.
