Hi,

For a week now, my girlfriend has been having problems logging in to ecas. The system cannot identify her. She's tried her Client ID as well as her Application Number (starting with "B" -- she's under the FSW program). Her medicals were sent and received last week. She wants to check her current status, yet she cannot be identified. Now, she has also tried other combinations, such as providing her first name only, her first and last name, her last and first name, and the default option (her last name) and still she can't log in.

Is anybody else experiencing such a problem? Is this normal for ecas, i.e. has this happened in the past?

E-cas does go down for users, I have trouble too sometimes..so don't panic...keep trying
 
Thanks, it's back on with data intact. It seems they are consistently mingling with the system. However, what we did is send an email to the technical staff at CIC, as instructed by the call centre agent.
