Ecas can no longer find the file

Hi all,

I'm a recent immigrant, got my PR in April and the card in July - all along the immigration process I used to check ECAS for updates.
Tried to log into ECAS today and it told me that it cannot find the file using the information provided.
Does anyone know if the files "time out" some time after "Complete"?

It's 180 days after the applicant has landed.
