ECAS add 2nd line "we started your application on XXXX"

i am new on this forum
File received May 22,2018 in CIC Mississauga
SA July 11,2018
File transffered to LVO July 25,2018
today 3rd line added ECAS showing "We started processing your application on August 06, 2018." What does it mean?
either they open the file or just received in LVO?
