Is Indian degree is equalant to canadian degreee if I do ECA do i get equalant to canadian degree? I have done my Bcom in india. please help me

You will have to get it validated by one of the approved assessment agencies before it can be considered equivalent to Canadian bachelors. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

Answer to your question is YES, it is equivalent.

Your B.Com is equivalent to Canadian three years bachelors program.

Get the ECA done from WES.

or Just MBA enough to get the score of master in EE profile????

You'll need ECA for both of them if they're both acquired outside Canada. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp
