ECA(WES) for post graduate certificate

Hi experts, need your advise.

I have an incomplete masters degree, due to personal/family reasons I couldn't complete my degree. I quit after 6 months and received a post graduate certificate instead from University of Glasgow.

However, I have a 3 year bachelor's degree from India.

So my question is should I still get my post graduate certificate evaluated and will it count as 2 or more degrees, diplomas? or should I just send my bachelor's degree

If you want you can send the PGC to WES for evaluation but outcome won't help you at all. You will get Canadian equivalency: Post Graduate Diploma (One Semester)
You need minimum Canadian equivalent one year course on top of a recognized Canadian bachelors degree equivalency to claim points for "Two or more"
