ECA Verification questions, ITI, graduation and post graduation.

Hi All,

I have following situation. I have a three year ITI diploma in electronics and telecommunications, bachelors in computer applications and masters in business administration. My bachelors is not from an accredited university. However, I did masters from an accredited university. I am thinking of ECA from IQAS since they verify only the highest qualification and my bachelors is not from an accredited university. Below are my questions.

- Since IQAS veirfy only my highest qualification, will I loose points on my bachelors?
- Is it possible to do ECA for my three year ITI and earn extra points? If yes, which authority does that?
