I have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree (3 Years)
2. ACCA Qualification (Commenced after the above Bachelors)

Will I be able to claim points for:

A - Level of Education: "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" - 119 Points
B - Skill Transferability Factors: "Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer " (CLB 9+) - 50 Points

What does your ECA say for the ACCA?

Yes, your ACCA should be equivalent to a 4 year Bachelor's degree, so you would be eligible for the CRS points associated with two or more degrees, one is at least a 3 year Bachelor's degree.

This is as long as your ECA reflects both equivalencies of course.
