ECA Query for Masters degree

I am from India and I have a query regarding ECA for Immigration purposes. I have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a 2-year Masters of Business Administration degree.

Kindly let me know whether my Master's degree would be evaluated as a 2-year Master's degree or 1 year Post Graduate Diploma from CES.

Or which agency should I go through? CES/WES/ICES/IQAS/ICAS which would give me 2-year degree equivalent in Canada and not 1 year Post Graduate Diploma/

Also please let me know which agency would be the quickest amongst all of these?

Presumably, any ECA agency would give you exactly the same result. I'm pretty sure that no one has experimented by sending multiple sets of the same results to every agency and comparing outcomes.
