ECA process with degree from two different universities

Gretings !!!
I have a Btech and Mtech degree from two different universities, so while sending transcripts for ECA to WES is it wise to send both Btech and Mtech transcripts together or should I wait before my Btech ECA report comes out positive. Kindly help me .
