eca plzz help

Hi i have all my certificates and transcripts for the course i have passed out in 2009.my problem is that college have been closed down shortly after i passed my course.According to wes website transcripts have to be attested and sealed by university directed towards wes.so in my case is there any other alternative to attest certificates for ECA.PLZZ HELP

You meant your college is closed. But you need to go to University, not college.

Write a mail to WES explaining your situation.
