Is there an organization that can evaluate a degree although it is not recognized by the ministery of education?
My case : I have a 2 year degree as a specialized technician in IT + 1 year as professional licence. They are recognized by the ministery of work instead of the ministery of educational.
Do i still have a chance to get an ECA or do i kiss my dreams goodbye ? Please advice me Friends !!
