ECA of Indian Masters' Degree

Hello,

There are lot of threads on this subject which are contradictory, so I'm putting my unique case here.

I've completed my Graduation from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (India) with first division in 2009. This degree is already evaluated by WES as 'Bachelors Degree (3 years)'.

I've completed my Masters Degree (MA) from same university in 2012 with third division. I want to get this also evaluated to increase my CRS score.

Now when I used WES' Degree Equivalency Tool it shows my 2 years Masters of Arts is equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (3 years)'. To my surprise when I checked for my already evaluated Graduation degree it shows its equivalency as 'Community College Diploma (3 years)', however, they have already evaluated it as 'Bachelors Degree (3 years)'

Has anyone faced such situation? Should I take chance to process this further with WES?

I've also read some thread suggesting to go for IQAS. Is it safer choice? If so, do I need to send them my graduation documents (Transcript, Degree, Marksheets etc. as well?
