ECA has wrong spelling of my Father

Dear Friends..

I have recently had applied for my ECA at WES.

I had mentioned 2 Academic Credentials. (Graduation and Post Graduation)

However, there was a slight mistake in the spelling of my father's name among certificates for credential 1 and credential 2.

In other words, my credential 1, had my fathers spelling as ZARAR. my credential 2, had my fathers spelling as ZARRAR.

Basically, there is a difference of an alphabet R in my fathers name. Whereas my family name and given name as spelled correctly.

In my ECA, the spelling of my father has come as ZARAR and not ZARRAR. Rest all the names / spellings are correct.

Do you think this is going to create a problem? Will this affect my immigration application?

Please guide me?? some earlier posts mentioned that this would not be an issue and would be acceptable.

I am confused and need your guidance..

WES made a spelling mistake in my name. I contacted them about it and they now my status has changed to evaluation in progress.

I got my ECA report. They made a spelling mistake and they said that they will correct it. Now I am waiting for the correct one. I don't want to take a risk and want it correct. Therefore, I asked them to send the ECA report with the correct details.

Ok, I have also written to them regarding this. But the thing is, there is no mistake in my name spelling as per passport. They are spelled correctly. Only my Father's name has a slight mistake. In general what is the worst case scenario? Will this be a problem later ? will CIC Accept this since my name has no mistake.. please guide..

If you have an option to correct mistakes, might as well correct it. Why do you want to submit anything when you know it's incorrect.

I have the same issue with my spouse name only one letter is wrong but they didnt correct it and only send that its correct whenever i contact them,its ok in the softcopy but wrong in the hardcopy

My plan is to contact them again if nothing changed will attach a copy of their reply and write and loe

Whenever I tried to call them,'we can't get thru as all the executives are busy and they ask us to contact them via email.
To all my emails sent to them I have got a standard automated reply. These 2 options are out. Now how to reach them. How resolve this issue. I'm really stressed. Although I did read a copulle of earlier threads regarding this. Where people have said that this is exceptable.. as long as the family name and given name of the applicant is spelled correctly. Let me find those posts and provide you link.
