we intends to apply for SINP ,my husband NOC is 2282 and his qualification are as under:-
  • Six months diploma in Oracle Developer and Oracle Database Administration
  • MBA (MIS-Management Information System) majors in IT (2 years Degree) completed
  • Bachelor of Commerce (2 years Degree) completed
  • 12th Class -I.Com (Intermediate) in Commerce -2 years Degree i
  • 10th Class - Matric (Computer Sciences)-2 years Degree
From NOC website “Employment requirements":-

  • Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
  • College or other courses in computer programming or network administration are usually required.
  • Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.” Unquote
Should we go to WES or CES ?
 
which university you have done it from and regular or distance?

You need a job offer and then employer pays $1k and files a LMIA proving no Canadian can do the job, only you. Once you have LMIA you apply for a closed work permit. There are no jobs on the forum so you need to apply to Canadian job sites and hope for a response because you don’t live in Canada nor have a work permit.
